WHAT'S NEW ON THE WEBSITE
New cheeses at the Village Stores (Wigmore, Waterloo, Rosethorne and Barkham Blue) were so popular they sold out within days, but reinforcements are on their way.... Shop takings were up 20% during the snow days, and a special tasting evening has helped boost sales.
In other news....an African bishop comes to Brightwell – and village memories from the 1960s, including roller skating down the hall.
